Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious enough for my family of five, beautifully decorated in retro Hawaii style with a modern touch. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff willing to offer discounts to make our stay even better. The location was perfect, close to downtown Waikiki and within walking distance to the beach and various dining and shopping options. The dining experience offered delicious options, but a bit pricey for a family of six. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were great, with a retro Hawaii style that felt modern, but unfortunately, our room was dark and constantly smelled of food from the kitchen above. Late check-out caused a delay in room availability due to Marriott's policy, inconveniencing us. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially from the valet staff who helped us with our luggage. The location was fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to explore without needing a car. The dining options were pricey, and the available choices were limited, but there was a delicious vegetarian couscous dish. The facilities were decent, offering what we needed during our stay.
I stayed at this hotel with my family of five and although the rooms were spacious enough, the view was disappointing and there was quite a bit of noise from the road and garage. The late check-in time due to the Platinum member policy was a downside, but the beds provided were enough for all of us to sleep comfortably.
